You Are All Too Polite
I'm wondering.... one post a day regardless of how brief, or less frequent and more carefully worded stories? Or both?

I find humor in everyday life. This is a forum in which I hope to share this humorist's perspective on the world. It's a sandbox. Sometimes I will build a big beautiful sand-castle. And sometimes, I might just throw sand at you and hope you don't tell your mom.

depends on what you want from blogging. If you want a practice of spontaneity, capturing fleeting moments day by day, then daily posts are the way. If you want to move toward more developed, considered writing, then vignettes won't serve.
Perhaps if you write daily on weekdays - when time may be limited anyway and brevity is appropriate - and then on weekends write a single post at more depth?
since you ask....
I am with Kate. I think daily posts are great, and short and sweet are just fine. But longer, more in-depth posts every once in while are great too.
I guess I'm not an intellectual type of girl, so I say do whatever feels right that day. Don't overcomplicate!
Thanks to all of you. I have enough on my mind (humor is everywhere!) to write everyday, but wasn't sure if this recent effort was diluting my earlier efforts to write more carefully. For now, I'm going to keep writing as often as I can...and we'll see how it goes. The truth is, I always have a longer more carefully written post in the works behind the shorter daily posts. Thanks again.
i like both :) sometimes the short musings make me laugh, sometimes i have time to read a story. keep up the good work, seems to be flowing more naturally for you?
Thanks Denise! Yes, flowing more naturally. My brain has always worked this way, but sharing it is getting easier. :)
